"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, latte or wine in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and  screaming "WOOHOO, what a ride!""

About Sarah

Respect, Family, Freedom, Impactful, Acknowledgment, Connectedness, Adventure, Courage, Pioneering and Fun are my leading Core Values.   These are what drive my passion to make a Positive Impact in the World and Champion People in my personal and work life.

After a number of years working in finance within different US industries, my husband, Dave, and I moved our family to live in Singapore. While living in Singapore for six years, I taught English to Japanese Executives, started an import business, volunteered at my children's schools, helped facilitate adult retreats for both expatriates and local Singaporeans and explored the region.

During my 20's and 40's, I battled multiple, unrelated cancer diagnoses (Melanoma, Hodgkin's Lymphoma, and Breast). I am a Cancer Survivor

While battling my last two cancers back in the US, I continued volunteering for a variety of our children's activities through school, church and community organizations. In addition, I spent a great deal of time educating myself on alternative medicine and healing approaches. As our kids were heading into college, it was my turn to create my dream job. I decided to take my own advice, which was to follow my passion for coaching and championing people.

What I am most proud of are our three children and family is very precious to me. Having a positive impact in our community is an important family value. For us, it's done by mentoring and coaching engaged couples, participating in our church's couple's bible study, leading, presenting and facilitating a men's and women's bible study, leading teen retreats, community service projects, and speaking engagements on my death experience and cancer journeys. I have fun and keep connected with family and friends through traveling, golfing, playing cards, theater, concerts and just hanging out together. I love to read, develop new skills, and visit with people while enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
